 BREAKING!!! Gov. Wike Launches Security Outfit To Tackle ESN [See Photos]

Governor Nyeson Wike of Rivers State has re-launched the Rivers State security outfit tagged C4I to tackle the Eastern Security Network (ESN) established by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) itself established to stop Fulani incursions in to Biafra.

C4I currently encompasses 400 policemen and 200 civil defense personnel. According to Gov, Wike, C4I was re-launched by him to ensure the safety of lives and property in Rivers State. The personnel of this security force have apparently been trained in 'relevant skills'.

However, the security force may be more of a PR exercise, with vehicles branded with their local government areas of responsibility with the task of 'nipping the effort of criminals in the bud.'.

An additional fifteen gunboats have been donated to the Navy, Army and Police force of Rivers State.

The relaunch of C4i was attended by Nigerian service commanders.

Is C4i the Governor's own personal army? And how will they be deployed. Only time will tell.

However, they have the appearance of Extra-judiciary forces.
